All online orders are processed by PayPal, this allows moneyboxshop.co.uk to provide you with the highest level of online security, and you can rest assured that your payment details will be safe. Orders are usually despatched on day of order if payment is received before 2.00pm. An email will always be sent confirming postage details.
We also accept orders by cheque. To order via this method please simply contact us to let us know the products that you wish to order and we will confirm the total amount, including postage and packing, with you. We will also reserve the required stock for you, for 7 days.
Orders made by cheque are dispatched on or after the date of cleared funds.
If you are not 100% happy with your order you can ask for a full refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days of placing your order, we will process all requests within 48 hours.
You must return all ordered goods, at your own cost, to Money Box Shop within 30 days of the payment date. All returns must be received in the same condition as they were dispatched. If you fail to inform us that the product was broken before you return it you will receive no refund*. All requests that fall out side these dates or are not returned within the 30 day period are processed at the discretion of money box shop. Any that are processed outside of the 30 day period will be refunded by cheque. Please inform us by email once the item has been despatched so that we are aware that it is on the way back to us.
Please note we do not offer refunds for bespoke or personalised items.
If, upon receipt of your order, it is damaged in any way you are entitled to a replacement moneybox of the same type. Please email us at email@example.com, within 5 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a returns number. Once you have returned the damaged moneybox we will ship you a replacement. Please note that we only refund returns postage for 2nd class standard parcel service, if you wish to use any other method apart from this then you will have to bear the difference in the cost.
If you want a full refund instead of a replacement you must inform us at the time of return that the moneybox is damaged. If you fail to notify us that it is damaged, and it is damaged upon return, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Non Delivery Returns:
If your delivery is retuned as "undelivered" your order will be restocked at a charge of 25%.
If you want the order to be "re-sent" then we will issue you a "payment request" for the postage costs and the 25% restocking fee.
If the order is outside the 30 day return period you will not be entitled to a refund.
